For the first time, the model Honda Jazz was introduced in 2001 model year. Currently, it is in second generation.
Salient Features

The GLI model is featured with power mirrors and windows, an in-dash CD player, a central locking system, an antilock braking system, an electronic brake force distribution system, and front dual airbags.
The VTI models come equipped with a powerful 1.5-litre engine, curtain and side airbags, a security system, and a physical multi-purpose display system.
Coming to the VTi-S, it is featured with rear and front bumper spoilers, 16-inch wheels, and side skirts. Coming to interior, the vehicle includes a steering wheel with paddle shifts, and sporty gear changes.
Engine Specs
For the first time, 2009 Honda Jazz is featured with a powerful 1.3-litre power plant, which is connected to a variable valve timing to efficiently use engine torque and power by minimizing fuel consumption. For more mileage ratings, one of the two engines stops working. The maximum torque of this engine is 127Nm torque at 4800 rpm and power is about 73kW at 6000rpm.

Honda Jazz for 2009 with the 1.3-litre GLi engine is priced at $15,990, whereas the model with 1.5-litre VTi is available at $19,170. The top lined VTi-S model is priced at $21,590.
